10. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at azo@connecting-callcenter.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may proceed with legal action in accordance with Section 9 above.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Connecting Call Center LLC regarding the use of the Site.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
